Groupe EOLEN is building a support team to manage incidents on GPU clusters operated in partnership with a cloud infrastructure provider. This role focuses on weekday coverage, diagnosing hardware and network issues rather than application support.

The ideal candidate will have solid system fundamentals and hands-on experience with Dell server hardware, along with knowledge of InfiniBand connectivity. All client communications will be in English, making fluency essential.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of low-level networking and connectivity diagnosis.
• Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting on servers.
• Ability to diagnose GPU hardware failures.
• Knowledge of InfiniBand fabric.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and triage incidents on GPU compute clusters.
• Investigate hardware failures and analyze logs.
• Diagnose GPU hardware faults.
• Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity.
• Provide first line of support to clients in English.
