Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst (Google Workspace) for a remote role. You will oversee Google Workspace configurations, user management, and integrations while troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities include provisioning, deprovisioning, security enforcement, and reporting. You will partner with IT and security to apply best practices and provide end-user training on Google Workspace features.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Google Workspace environments with at least 2+ years of hands-on work.
• Proficiency in managing user accounts, groups, and organizational units within Google Admin Console.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace security features, including 2-step verification, DLP, and OAuth policies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar issues.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace APIs and scripting for automation tasks.

Responsabilités

• Manage and administer Google Workspace accounts, including user provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Google Workspace apps (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar).
• Monitor performance, security compliance, and usage analytics to identify inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement data protection and access controls.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users on Google Workspace tools and features.
