Job summary

Talantir is seeking a highly motivated sales leader to own the full sales cycle, from generating a robust pipeline to negotiating and closing high-value deals across international markets.

You will manage sales teams, develop robust distribution networks, and collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers. Occasional travel is required, with a consultancy engagement and remote-work options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales management, business development, and client relationships.
• Experience with technology products, especially video surveillance or security solutions.
• Experience in international markets and managing global partnerships is desirable.
• Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; advanced degrees are an asset.
