Deel is seeking a Payroll Implementation Project Manager to oversee the successful deployment and data migration of clients’ payroll systems. You will lead end-to-end projects, from kickoff through go-live, coordinating with onboarding, finance, and HR teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of global payroll implementation and payroll operations.
• Experience with payroll systems and software.
• Client-facing project management experience.
• Project management certification (PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end payroll implementation and data migration for Deel’s clients.
• Lead onboarding and client-specific configuration, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Define payroll processes, interfaces, reports, and calendars.
• Maintain project documentation and status updates for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and IT to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and labor laws across regions.
