A leading company in the Power Electronics industry is seeking a Global Account Manager to maintain and expand relationships with multinational accounts. The role involves strategic planning, collaboration across departments, and requires strong communication and negotiation skills. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
The Indium Corporation Global Account Manager (GAM) is a key position within the Sales Team Organization responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with large multinational accounts. This expert will lead our efforts in Power Electronics strongly favouring being based in Europe. Key responsibilities include sourcing new global business opportunities, implementing effective sales strategies, and interfacing with customers’ senior management. The role involves the execution of action plans through regional teams, collaborating with internal departments (R&D, Inside Sales, Technical Support, Logistics, Product Management, Operations, Engineering, Quality, etc.), and driving evaluation, qualification, and specification processes to maximize customer share for designated accounts. Additionally, the Europe-based GAM will assess and mitigate business risks, providing strategic insights to senior management while advancing our presence and leadership in Power Electronics markets.
