Zusammenfassung

Stäubli is seeking a Product Lifecycle Controller for the Robotics division to maximize value across the product life cycle. You will partner with Product, R&D and Operations Controlling to steer costs, investments and profitability from development through end-of-life.

You will define standards, monitor performance, and support strategic roadmaps, investments and pricing strategies in a global, product-centric environment. Partial remote work is available.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in finance, controlling or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial controlling, product costs, R&D or projects.
• Experience in an international and product-oriented industrial environment is highly desired.
• Strong financial analysis, business case modeling, budgeting and forecasting skills.

Aufgaben

• Steer the financial performance of the product portfolio.
• Develop monitoring indicators and support investment decisions.
• Define standards, guarantee consistency of assumptions and challenge business cases.
• Monitor performance against commitments and build scenarios for decision-making.
• Identify opportunities, manage financial deliverables and ensure compliance of funded projects.
• Assess financial risks and opportunities, track expenditures and resources for programs.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and reporting for product developments and portfolio initiatives.
