TSMG Holding is seeking Robotics Teleoperations Specialists to support robotics testing, deployment and operational programs across Europe. The role involves remotely operating robotic systems, monitoring performance, and ensuring safety and quality standards within a structured operational environment.

You will engage in teleoperation, monitoring and quality control, and provide operational support across cross-functional teams in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to follow structured procedures in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and basic computer literacy.
• Experience in robotics, automation, manufacturing, logistics or quality control is a plus.
• Experience with control systems or teleoperation platforms is beneficial.
• Technical or vocational education is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate robotic platforms through teleoperation interfaces.
• Monitor robot activities via video feeds and dashboards.
• Execute tasks according to operational procedures and safety requirements.
• Maintain detailed operational records and reports; escalate issues when needed.
• Assist with robot setup, deployment, testing and validation.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve processes.
