Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a fluent French-speaking customer support agent to join an international remote team. You’ll handle inquiries by phone, email and chat from home, with relocation support to Greece for EU candidates moving here.

Requirements include French (C1+) and English (B2+), EU citizenship or work authorization, strong communication skills and independence. Training is paid and salaries are competitive with performance bonuses.

Job description

Bring your French to an international customer experience team and build your career from Greece. You'll work fully from home, and if you're moving from elsewhere in the EU, relocation support is included.

Your Role

You'll be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, handling enquiries by phone, email and/or chat. Day to day, you will:

• Resolve customer questions and requests efficiently and professionally
• Keep accurate records of every interaction in internal systems
• Work to company quality standards and guidelines
• Represent the brand positively and ensure customer satisfaction

Who We're Looking For

• Fluent French (C1 or above) and good English (B2 or above)
