Job summary

The Clinical Independent Rater (CIR) at IQVIA is a remote, part-time position designed for experienced professionals in psychology or related fields. The role focuses on reviewing rating scales, guiding raters, and supporting data reliability through live discussions and mock interviews.

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree (MD/DO/PhD preferred) with at least 3 years’ psychiatric assessment experience and fluency in English, plus native-level French.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years administering psychiatric assessments and structured interviews (MINI and MADRS).
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• Experience in CNS trials preferred.
• Experience administering scales in clinical research trials (non-student).

Responsibilities

• Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities.
• Review case data and prepare for rater discussions with all relevant documents.
• Conduct live feedback sessions on assessment methodology and scoring.
• Complete tasks and rater interactions according to schedule.
• Submit all required documentation accurately and on time.
