As an OpenClaw Agent Builder, you will write evaluation rubrics, debug traces, and stress test agents, leveraging live tools and APIs. Eligible applicants from multiple countries, including France, can apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback.
• Nice to have: experience with multi-stage coordination tasks and live tool integrations.
