Outlier invites you to join as an OpenClaw Agent Builder. This freelance, remote opportunity pays up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments. Most experts work 5-10 hrs/week, up to 40 hours, and can select their own schedule.

You'll help shape autonomous agents by designing evaluation rubrics, debugging traces, and stress testing agents. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks and API integration with live tools (Supabase, Gmail, and various APIs).
