As an OpenClaw Agent Builder, you will contribute to designing, coordinating, and optimizing multi-step agent workflows, writing clear evaluation rubrics, and debugging traces in real-world environments. This is a remote, contract opportunity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular services (data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Experience with live environments and multi-turn system interactions.

Responsibilities

• Write evaluation rubrics for agent performance.
• Debug agent traces and diagnose issues.
• Stress test agents under varying load scenarios.
