Outlier is inviting backend engineers and AI specialists to join as OpenClaw Agent Builder on a remote, freelance basis. Earn up to $50/hr, with flexible hours and weekly payments, paid via ACH or PayPal.

You will shape autonomous agents, write eval rubrics, debug traces, and stress test systems, collaborating with teams worldwide. Experience in backend engineering, AI automation, and live environment integration is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
