Formación

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic, reporting).
• Experience building for live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Attention to detail with ability to provide high-density technical feedback.
• Hands-on experience integrating agents with live tools (Supabase, Gmail, APIs).
• Memory/state handling and session discovery to track agent progress.
• Identify subtle failures like privacy leaks or prompt injections.

Responsabilidades

• Write Eval Rubrics for agent evaluation and improvement.
• Debug Agent Traces to identify and fix issues.
• Stress Test Agent to ensure reliability under load.
