Job summary

Resilience Care is a France-based company delivering remote medical monitoring and AI-enabled health tech. We seek a Finance Analyst/FP&A to own monthly management reporting and dashboards, guiding the P&L and cash performance with the Finance Director.

You will collaborate with the Finance team, automate tasks, and bring rigorous financial data practices. Remote work from France is fully supported; you will engage with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to budgeting, reforecasting,

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in management control or FP&A.
• Experience with budgeting, reforecasting and variance analysis.
• Master's degree in business, finance or management control.
• Experience in reporting P&L, cash and KPIs.
• Proactive, able to simplify complex topics for non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management reporting and dashboards with Finance Director.
• Improve analytical accounting and reconcile data with Accounting Manager.
• Support budgeting, reforecasting and scenario landing.
• Collaborate with budget owners in monthly reviews.
• Monitor headcount, cash burn and runway; document processes.
• Automate recurring finance tasks and maintain documentation.
