Element Biosciences seeks a Field Applications Scientist to support customers across the EMEA region. The role is remote with a Paris base preference and requires frequent travel to client sites.

You will train customers, troubleshoot techniques, and provide technical guidance while collaborating with distributors and internal teams. Candidates should have 4+ years in NGS library construction (Bachelors) or 2+ years (Masters), cell culture experience, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with NGS library construction experience.
• Hands-on cell culture and tissue handling experience.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Frequently traveling to customer sites to support deployments.
• Troubleshoot issues across biochemistry, assay design, and software.
• Provide technical training to customers and distributors.
• Offer strategic feedback to marketing and product teams and lead beta tests.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues and improve processes.
