ABL Diagnostics – Texcell in Paris (Évry area) seeks a Field Application Specialist to provide first and second-level support for molecular and genetic testing products, including PCR, Sanger sequencing, and NGS. You will train affiliates and distributors and help with product updates and complaints.

The role involves international travel up to 80% and requires English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous NGS and liquid handling experience is preferred.
• Minimum BSc in Biology, Molecular Biology or related, relevant professional experience will be considered.

ABL DIAGNOSTICS is seeking a Field Application Specialists located in Paris (Évry area) to provide first and second‑level application support for their molecular and genetic testing products, including PCR, Sanger sequencing, and NGS.

The role involves supporting affiliates and distributors, conducting product and application training, managing product updates and complaints, gathering market intelligence, and collaborating with internal teams. The specialist will contribute to customer relationship management and ensure efficient post‑marketing surveillance.

The role implies up to 80% travel on client sites internationally.

Knowledge of different language is a plus, English in mandatory.
