Topcon Positioning Systems in Europe is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager Construction to drive growth of Topcon’s Construction Laser Tools across Europe, with a focus on distribution channels. You will lead regional sales activities and collaborate with distributors and internal teams.

The role requires 7–10 years of sales management experience in construction tech, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of the European mass distribution market.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of sales management experience in Construction Laser Tools or related field.
• Proven direct and distribution sales experience.
• Strong understanding of the European mass distribution market.
• Experience leading product sales specialists teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow the Construction Laser Tools business across Europe.
• Support Topcon sales teams and distributors with strategic guidance.
• Develop strategies to expand distributor knowledge and reach.
• Provide technical and commercial input during negotiations and demos.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize market share.
