Job summary

Dynapps NL in Toulouse seeks a Client Partner to act as trusted advisor for leads and clients. You will prospect, advise and remotely sell our ERP solution, coordinating with the Sales Manager to generate opportunities and convert leads into customers.

You will conduct remote demonstrations, draft proposals, and manage follow-ups through to signed contracts, while nurturing existing customers with upselling and cross-selling. Strong English, communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business (Bac +5) from a business school.
• Fluent business English (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospects via phone, email, and social media.
• Contact leads from digital marketing campaigns and schedule demos.
• Draft sales proposals and follow-ups through contract signing.
• Present ERP and demonstrate its benefits to prospects.
• Nurture customer relationships with upselling and cross-selling.
• Update CRM with interactions and report results.
