Captivea is seeking a Lead Odoo consultant to drive implementation projects across industries from requirements analysis to deployment. You will lead functional workstreams, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure high-quality support and client satisfaction.

You will conduct functional testing, user training, and engage in pre-sales demonstrations to tailor Odoo solutions to business needs. The role is based in Toulouse with flexible working options.

• Fluent French language required.

Lead Odoo implementation projects for companies across a wide range of industries (manufacturing, services, distribution, etc.). From requirements analysis to final deployment, you will play a central role at every stage of the project, drawing on Captivea's proven methodology. You will understand your stakeholders' business processes, identify areas for improvement and translate them into tangible Odoo solutions, ensuring efficient implementation, high-quality support and lasting client satisfaction

Your missions

Analyze client requirements

Gather business requirements, identify gaps with Odoo's standard features and propose the most suitable solutions.

Manage ERP projects

Plan, coordinate and monitor each project phase, working closely with clients and internal teams.

Implement Odoo solutions

Configure modules, customise the solution, import data, write specifications and coordinate custom developments.

Support users

Train end users, help them build their skills and contribute to optimising their business processes.

Contribute to business development

Take part in pre-sales activities by analysing prospects' needs and delivering tailored functional demonstrations.
