GE HealthCare is seeking a sourcing professional to lead supplier strategy, negotiate favorable terms, and optimize supplier panels. The role requires deep knowledge of sourcing processes and the ability to translate business needs into actionable procurement actions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage claims, and support data analysis initiatives such as ERP or Power BI to drive informed commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Sourcing.
• Experience in All 7 steps of sourcing.
• Fluent English.
• Outstanding business partnerships building.

Responsabilités

• Define supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels and lead negotiations.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of a discipline and execute functional policy/strategy.
• Individual contributor with strong interpersonal skills and communication with colleagues and business units.
• Impact projects, processes and procedures within the field with autonomous execution under standard practices.
• Utilize technical expertise and judgment to solve problems using multiple internal sources.
