GE HealthCare in Poland is seeking a sourcing professional to negotiate with dedicated providers, define supplier strategy, and optimize supplier panels while ensuring internal customer satisfaction.

You will lead negotiations, manage claims, perform data analysis to support sourcing decisions, and contribute to purchasing activities as needed. Fluent English and strong partnership-building are essential.

• Significant experience in Sourcing.
• Experience in all seven steps of sourcing.
• Fluent English; outstanding business partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Define supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels.
• Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers.
• Negotiate terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement.
• Manage claims and support data analysis for sourcing.
• Assist in purchasing activities where applicable.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of a discipline and execute policy/strategy.
