Filigran is hiring a DPO & Compliance Officer to design and scale a practical privacy and compliance program across its global footprint. You will act as the formal DPO, ensure privacy governance, and lead AI governance, cybersecurity regulation, and operational resilience initiatives, collaborating with GC, CISO, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years’ experience as a DPO or data privacy/compliance lead.
• Strong knowledge of data protection law and practice (GDPR/UK GDPR).
• Experience implementing EU AI Act and related regulatory programmes.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical controls.

Responsabilités

• Act as Filigran’s DPO and primary contact for supervisory authorities including CNIL.
• Design and operate Filigran’s privacy program (ROPAs, DPIs, retention, data-subject rights).
• Lead compliance controls across AI governance, NIS2, operational resilience, export controls, and sanctions.
• Maintain a proportionate compliance framework with policies, risk mapping and reporting.
• Collaborate with Security to translate regulatory requirements into practical policies.
• Embed privacy, AI and regulatory requirements into product development and vendor management.
• Monitor EU/UK/US regulatory developments and advise executive leadership.
• Support enterprise sales and procurement with privacy, AI governance and compliance inputs.
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity and build AI capabilities into workflows.
• Contribute to scalable AI governance and compliance workflows.
