Filigran is seeking a DPO & Compliance Officer to design and implement a scalable privacy and compliance program across EU operations and international data flows. You will lead privacy governance, data transfers, DPIAs, and regulatory alignment with AI governance and sanctions controls.

You will collaborate with General Counsel, CISO, Product, Engineering and Sales to embed privacy by design into our software and services. Fluency in English and French is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years’ experience as a DPO or compliance lead.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR/UK GDPR including DPIAs, data subject rights and transfer mechanisms.
• Experience implementing EU AI Act or similar AI governance requirements.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into proportionate controls.
• Fluency in English and French preferred.

Responsabilités

• Act as Filigran’s DPO and primary contact for supervisory authorities and data subjects.
• Design and operate Filigran’s privacy program, including DPIAs, retention and data transfers.
• Lead the design and implementation of compliance controls across AI governance, NIS2, resilience, export controls and sanctions.
• Maintain a proportionate compliance framework with policies, risk mapping, and monitoring.
• Embed privacy and regulatory requirements into product development, vendor management, and customer assurance.
