Homa seeks a Lead Product Manager for live RPG games to define and own the roadmap for a live RPG portfolio, starting with a flagship title and expanding as the portfolio grows.

You will lead a small team of product, design, and economy experts, partnering with Publishing, Data, and UA to drive growth and live operations. Hands-on data work and strategic direction are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience on live mobile games with end-to-end ownership of features, progression, monetization or roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of RPG mechanics and meta systems with mobile marketability instincts.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around product direction.
• Track record delivering live services with events, content, progression and monetization.

Responsabilités

• Define the product roadmap across one or more live RPG titles: core loop, progression pacing, monetization, and meta systems.
• Own LiveOps end-to-end: calendar, events, and loop to keep players engaged.
• Lead a small team of product, design, and economy experts toward a shared goal.
• Oversee the monetization model and balance IAP and ad revenue growth.
• Drive growth in partnership with UA through data-informed campaigns.
• Collaborate with Publishing and external studios to ship features end-to-end.
• Set benchmarks and best practices for the RPG genre.
• Stay hands-on with data and systems when needed to impact the month’s priorities.
