Job summary

Homa is seeking a Director of Product for live RPG titles based in Paris with a global remote opening. You will own the product roadmap end-to-end for live RPG games, turning one strong live title into a franchise and expanding the portfolio over time.

Lead a small team of product, design, and economy experts, govern monetization, and collaborate with UA to scale growth while shipping features with discipline.

Qualifications

• Several years of product experience on live mobile RPGs with end-to-end ownership of features or monetization.
• Experience owning economy, progression, or monetization roadmaps in live services.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams including design, publishing, data and UA.

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap across one or more live RPG titles, including core loop and monetization.
• Own LiveOps end-to-end: calendar, events, loop, and sprint delivery.
• Lead a small team of product, design, and economy experts toward a shared goal.
• Oversee monetization balancing IAP and ad revenue growth.
• Collaborate with UA to drive growth and scale campaigns.
• Partner with Publishing and studios to align on KPIs and end-to-end product delivery.
• Set benchmarks and best practices for the RPG genre.
• Stay hands-on with data and systems when needed to drive impact.
