Job summary

Haddad Brands Europe is seeking a Business Planner - Digital to analyze retail and marketplace sales data, trading opportunities, and deliver data-driven recommendations to the account team. Location options include UK remote, Netherlands or Paris office.

The role involves forecasting, inventory optimization, weekly reports, and close collaboration with Sales Director and Operations Manager to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail planning and/or product management.
• Strong command of retail metrics including Retail Sales, Sell-Through %, Weeks of Supply, Inventories, Revenue, and Margin.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and commercial mindset.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze retail and marketplace sales data, identify opportunities and risks, and deliver recommendations to achieve account goals.
• Manage inventory levels and optimize stock availability, addressing supply gaps and overstock.
• Create short-/mid-/long-term forecasts for sales and intake based on historical performance, trends, and seasonality.
• Collaborate with Sales Director and Operations Manager to manage the order book and improve decision making through data-driven insights.
• Align Haddad’s financial plans with sales forecasts and marketplace performance.
