Job summary

Haddad Brands Europe is seeking a Category Sales Manager to lead Accessories across Europe from a remote setup. You will drive growth, shape assortments, and partner with Demand Planning, Buying, and Merchandising to deliver consumer-right products.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication in English; additional European languages are a plus. Start ASAP; permanent contract, remote location.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management or category management within retail or consumer goods.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive growth.
• Strong analytical skills with forecasting experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute on the European Sales plan for Accessories.
• Collaborate with merchandising to provide pre-season insights.
• Develop and sell new sales initiatives to grow market share.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners as category expert.
• Provide accurate seasonal forecasting and LRP insights.
• Work with the account sales team to understand markets and consumers.
• Ensure Go-To-Market readiness with data, forecasting and sales programs.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning and Buying for inventory health.
• Integrate style-level feedback into line plans with Merchandising.
• Conduct quarterly marketplace visits across major European cities and identify opportunities.
