Haddad Brands Europe is seeking a Business Planner - Digital with a strong background in retail planning and data analysis to optimize performance across digital accounts. The role involves forecasting, inventory management, and collaboration with sales and operations to drive growth in Europe.

Location options include the UK (remote), the Netherlands, or Paris office, with a permanent contract and emphasis on data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years in retail planning.
• Strong knowledge of retail metrics and data manipulation.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with SKU-level performance analysis.
• Knowledge of sports market welcomed.
• Proactive and cross-functional teamwork.
• Experience with planning software/tools is welcome.
• Microsoft Excel expertise and English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Analyze retail and marketplace data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Manage inventory levels and optimize stock availability.
• Create short-/mid-/long-term sales and intake forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales Director and Operations Manager on order book.
• Align account forecasts with Haddad's financial plans.
• Deliver seasonal performance teardowns and business reviews.
• Prepare regular business reviews / QBRs.
• Work with IT and SPS commerce to establish automated data feeds.
• Produce weekly retail and sales reports with insights and actions.
• Support ad hoc reporting and cross-account analyses across Amazon and other accounts.
• Build relationships within the planning function across EU and US.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
