Job summary

Binance is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and operate scalable, secure cloud infrastructure for blockchain services. You will build cloud-native platforms, automate infrastructure, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver production-grade services across AWS, GCP, and Azure.

You will manage Kubernetes production environments, implement IaC with Terraform, and enhance CI/CD pipelines while supporting middleware like Kafka, Redis, and NGINX.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, Platform, SRE, or Infra roles.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Hands-on Kubernetes production experience.
• Karpenter for autoscaling and node lifecycle.
• Terraform for IaC automation.
• Linux/sys networking fundamentals.
• Middleware like Kafka/Redis/NGINX.
• Golang or Python scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Operate and optimize Kubernetes clusters in production.
• Manage autoscaling and capacity planning with Karpenter.
• Build and maintain IaC using Terraform.
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
• Deploy and operate Kafka, Redis, and NGINX.
• Automate tasks with Golang and Python.
• Improve observability with Prometheus and OpenTelemetry.
• Ensure reliability, security, and disaster recovery.
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform RCA.
• Collaborate with software engineers to streamline deployments.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
