NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. This client is known for their efficient work culture, focusing on fixing issues rather than covering them up, and has ambitious growth plans. They have a positive reputation among candidates; two developers placed there have stayed for over four years.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a Ruby backend library, APIs, and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and develop mobile apps

Requirements:

• Passion for the RoR stack with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work French hours, +/- 2 hours
