NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. This company values efficiency, problem-solving, and growth. Candidates who have previously worked there report a positive experience, with some staying over four years.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and develop mobile apps

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about the RoR stack with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Able to work French hours with a +/- 2-hour flexibility

Interview Process:

• Meet with the Engineering Manager/CTO to discuss the role, company, and your experience
• Complete a technical coding challenge
• Discuss feedback and meet wider team members
