As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist customers in navigating health insurance options. GetInsured has the largest state-based marketplace footprint, providing consumer-friendly tools that empower millions to make informed health plan decisions. We build and operate award-winning cloud-based enrollment tools serving state exchanges, brokers, insurers, and consumers, including eligibility determination, plan selection, and enrollment technology, along with innovative agent marketing and call center services.

Full-time/Seasonal
  • $15.00/hr. plus performance incentives
  • $16.00/hr. Bilingual in Spanish, plus performance incentives
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Complete background check and drug test within 3 days
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera required for training
  • Committed to full attendance during paid 3-week training
  • Minimum internet speed of 35 Mbps with Ethernet connection
  • Cable/Fiber broadband internet with a wired Ethernet connection is required
  • Not compatible with mobile internet or satellite services
  • Not compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi extenders (e.g., T-Mobile mobile internet)

  • Handle online chat inquiries as assigned

  • Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing; passing exams is required to proceed
  • Adhere to communication guidelines across all channels
