Deblock Group seeks a Regulatory Compliance Officer based in France to oversee compliance frameworks, manage regulatory inquiries, and ensure adherence to EU financial regulations. The ideal candidate holds an advanced degree and possesses strong knowledge of both EU and French regulatory environments, along with native-level French and professional English proficiency.

This role allows for remote work and offers competitive salary and stock options, along with 30 days of paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification from an internationally recognised body (e.g. ICA, ACAMS).
• Deep knowledge of the EU regulatory environment and key financial crime regimes.
• Ability to exercise oversight and understanding of financial crime policies.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and enhance the Compliance Framework and internal controls.
• Implement the annual Compliance Plan with monitoring activities.
• Assess and monitor Conduct Risk to ensure fair outcomes for customers.
• Act as a point of contact for authorities on regulatory compliance matters.
• Ensure adequate compliance training and awareness programs.

Connaissances

Professional qualification (ICA, ACAMS)

Deep knowledge of EU regulatory environment

Oversight of financial crime and AML policies

Native-level fluency in French

Full professional proficiency in English

Practical knowledge of EMI & Crypto

Experience across multiple EU borders

Ability to translate complex legal text

Formation

Advanced degree in Law, Finance, or Business
