You will combine destination knowledge, service excellence, and a consultative sales approach to match travelers with ships, itineraries, and onboard experiences—whether planning a romantic escape, family vacation, or bucket-list voyage.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple quotes and reservations.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand destinations, travel style, budget, dates, and group size.
• Recommend cruise lines, ships, itineraries, staterooms, dining packages, shore excursions, and add-ons.
• Turn inquiries into confirmed cruise vacations via email, chat, and phone with a client-first approach.
• Explain cruise options clearly, including cabin categories, deposits, payment plans, travel protection, and onboard packages.
• Handle booking details, payments, upgrades, and pre-cruise questions with professionalism.
