Job summary

Elite Escapes is hiring a Work-from-Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to design personalized itineraries, present tailored options, and close the sale with a consultative, client-first approach. You’ll manage from discovery to final reservation, including payments and post-trip follow-ups.

The role is fully remote, part-time or full-time, with onboarding and ongoing coaching on products, suppliers, and sales-driven planning techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings.
• Fast learner with new tools—CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus, but training is provided.
• Genuine love for travel and helping others explore with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around client budget, style, and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly (payments, date changes, upgrades, add-ons).
• Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, timely deals.
• Stay with clients from start to finish—pre-trip planning, payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups.
