Dreams Travel CR is seeking a Travel Experience Specialist (Remote) to help clients turn travel ideas into well-organized itineraries and unforgettable experiences. You will provide destination guidance, organize travel details, and support clients throughout the planning process.

This is a 100% remote role with a flexible schedule, training and mentorship, and access to global travel suppliers and booking platforms.

Responsabilités

• Respond to client inquiries via email, messaging platforms, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist travelers in planning their vacations, including destinations, resorts, cruises, and travel experiences.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding travel requirements, documentation, and destination details.
• Organize itineraries and coordinate different travel elements with tourism suppliers.
• Support travelers with updates, recommendations, and pre-travel preparation.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage future travel experiences.
