Ruby Labs is seeking an Accounting Automation Engineer to automate accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close across multi‑entity, multi‑country operations using Claude Code and AI. You will leverage Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, integrate APIs, and maintain strong controls and audit trails.

The role emphasizes hands‑on automation, data pipelines, and collaboration with engineering to replace manual work with reliable AI-powered processes.

Formación

• Two things matter most: IFRS or US GAAP knowledge.
• Real experience with AI coding tools, ideally Claude Code, backed by strong engineering fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Automate core accounting processes (AP, AR, reconciliations, month-end close).
• Build data pipelines between ERP, banks and spreadsheets.
• Create exception reports for human review and support audit trails.
