BRIXIO is seeking an MSP Engineer to operate Cloudflare environments on a follow-the-sun shift model across Morocco and the Philippines, with a focus on incident response and proactive engineering.

You will diagnose incidents, perform changes under change control, and maintain Cloudflare configuration as code using Terraform and version control, while collaborating with global teams in a distributed setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in network, security or cloud operations.
• Experience in managed services, NOC or SOC environments is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in French and English; strong written and oral communication.

Responsabilités

• Staff the client intake channel during shifts and own first response within SLAs.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents across the Cloudflare stack (WAF, DDoS, DNS, TLS, etc.).
• Execute changes under formal change control with documented rollback plans.
• Maintain Cloudflare configuration as code using Terraform and version control.
• Deliver proactive engineering and maintain thorough runbooks and documentation.
