RemoteJobsOne is seeking a Clio Specialist for a fully remote contractor role based in France. You will perform real-world Clio workflows, document steps, and generate high-quality interaction data to support AI system development.

You will navigate Clio modules (matters, clients, contacts, tasks, documents, calendars, time tracking and billing), record your screen, and produce prompts and rubrics. Strong hands-on Clio experience and ability to work independently remotely are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Clio in a legal environment.
• Ability to record and share your screen while following workflows.
• Experience with case/matter management, client management, time tracking or billing.

Responsabilités

• Complete assigned Clio workflows and document steps.
• Navigate Clio features for matters, clients, contacts, tasks, documents, calendars, time tracking, and billing.
• Record screen while performing tasks and provide clear demonstrations.
• Create prompts and rubrics based on completed workflows.
• Review tasks for accuracy and align with project guidelines.
• Work independently in a remote environment following instructions.
