RemoteJobsOne is seeking seasoned in-house Corporate Counsels for a part-time, fully remote role based in France. This opportunity centers on legal AI, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining contracts in the tech space.

You will review and contribute to contract redlining workflows used to train and evaluate AI models, influencing how these systems assess risk and interpret language. This role offers flexible, task-based compensation and collaboration with R&D teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in-house experience focused on technology transactions (MSAs, NDAs, DPAs).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to improve model performance.
• Create evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI contract tasks.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices.
