Job summary

VINCI Construction is seeking an experienced Camp Operations & Facilities Manager (M/F) to lead the operation, maintenance, and administration of the project camp facilities abroad. The role focuses on safe, efficient service delivery of accommodation, catering, housekeeping, utilities, and welfare services in a remote, challenging environment.

You will manage service contracts, drive cost efficiency, supervise the camp team, ensure regulatory compliance, and report on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience managing camps, remote workforce accommodation facilities, mining camps or industrial site services.
• Experience managing multiple service contracts and outsourced providers.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; able to work in remote and multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the project camp, ensuring safe, efficient service delivery.
• Oversee camp service providers (catering, housekeeping, laundry, waste management, recreation).
• Coordinate accommodation planning, workforce logistics, arrivals and inductions.
• Ensure camp capacity, utilities, maintenance, and critical services for operations.
• Control operating budgets, inventories and consumables, driving cost efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with client requirements, regulations and camp standards.
• Lead the camp operations team, focusing on wellbeing and resident satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement, reporting and emergency preparedness across camp activities.
