Job summary

Vinci Group seeks an experienced Camp Operations & Facilities Manager to lead the operation, maintenance and administration of project camps abroad. You will ensure safe, efficient and compliant service delivery, coordinating accommodation planning and service providers in a challenging, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience managing camps or remote workforce accommodations.
• Experience in remote operating environments and with multiple service contracts.
• Fluency in English and ability to work in international/multicultural settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day camp operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective service delivery.
• Oversee camp service providers (catering, housekeeping, laundry, waste management, recreation) and monitor KPIs.
• Coordinate accommodation planning, workforce logistics, arrivals/departures, and camp inductions.
• Ensure adequate camp capacity, utilities, maintenance, and critical services to support project operations.
• Control operating budgets, inventories, and consumables, driving cost efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with client requirements, regulations, and camp operating standards.
• Lead the camp operations team, fostering service excellence and workforce wellbeing.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, reporting, and emergency preparedness.
