Qualificações
- Experience in IT application support or operations.
- Knowledge of incident and problem management methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and spoken English and German.
- Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting banking applications is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Analyze recurring IT incidents and implement corrective measures.
- Troubleshoot application errors with developers and IT teams.
- Monitor banking applications and optimize monitoring processes.
- Configure and administer banking applications (OpenLease) per business needs.
- Provide first- and second-level application support and assist in major incidents.
- Manage user access requests following security policies.
- Document investigations and resolutions for knowledge base.
