Job summary

Automat-it is seeking a hands-on AWS-focused professional to drive pre-sales for startup customers. You will design scalable, cost-efficient AWS solutions, lead Well-Architected reviews, and collaborate with the account team to deliver end-to-end engagements. Expect travel locally and abroad, workshops, and public-speaking opportunities.

Strong background in AWS, Kubernetes, and DevOps, with proficiency in English and French, is required. Remote-work from Paris with a dynamic, international team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in an AWS environment, including implementation, migration, and maintenance.
• 2+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Customer Engineering or Cloud Architect.
• Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD and DevOps tools is advantageous.
• Proven production experience with Python, Go, or Java.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services, especially Kubernetes and Containers.
• Design and deliver DevOps and infrastructure for high-scale production in AWS.
• Excellent written and spoken English and French.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AWS-based solutions for customers, including Well-Architected reviews and statements of work.
• Research current solutions and plan improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure best-practice designs.
• Share knowledge with customers and cloud community via workshops, conferences, webinars, etc.
• Frequent travels locally and abroad (at least quarterly).
