Job summary

Business Money Promotions Ltd in the UK is seeking an Associate, Structured Finance – UK, Alton/Remote to support onboarding clients, monitor facilities, and ensure a customer-focused service is delivered.

You will act as the administrative custodian of the full onboarding process, perform due diligence across transactions, and liaise with lawyers, accountants and other experts to keep documentation accurate and compliant. Flexibility on location and working hours is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or corporate finance is preferred.
• Financial analysis and due diligence experience.
• Ability to review financial information and advise.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own admin tasks, processes, and documentation for Structured Finance.
• Assist with client onboarding and facility audits.
• Prepare initial proposals and term sheets.
• Undertake due diligence and log steps in the storage system.
• Support legal document preparation and liaise with lawyers.
• Provide client support and manage drawdown requests within SLAs.
• Populate materials for Credit Committee meetings.
