This remote role involves ensuring optimal use and governance of key applications like eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Holistiplan, and Nitrogen/Riskalyze across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 7+ years' experience in application support, relationship management, or operations.
• Experience in financial services or technology environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Holistiplan, Nitrogen/Riskalyze.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary contact between Platform Support and business units for assigned applications.
• Oversee day-to-day administration and troubleshoot issues for supported apps.
