Job summary

The Ai Training Company seeks experienced voice professionals to contribute to an advanced AI voice and speech project. You will listen to short recordings, analyze vocal characteristics, and provide detailed written assessments using professional terminology.

You will identify vocal traits such as age range, gender presentation when relevant, accent or dialect, resonance, phonation, and assess pitch, prosody, rhythm, articulation, and breath support.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in voice acting, voice coaching, dialect coaching, or related field.
• Strong understanding of vocal quality, resonance, intonation, prosody, articulation, rhythm & breath.
• Excellent critical listening and ability to write objective assessments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze short speech recordings and produce structured written assessments.
• Identify vocal characteristics including age range, gender presentation, accent when confident, vocal quality, resonance, and phonation.
• Evaluate pitch, intonation, prosody, rhythm, tempo, articulation and breath support.
• Assess emotional tone, energy, expressiveness, clarity, and overall delivery style.
• Distinguish scripted vs. spontaneous vs. conversational speech; assess recording quality and environment.
• Document observations clearly and consistently for AI voice evaluation.
• Collaborate remotely with project teams while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
