Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Voice Recording Specialists to contribute natural, clear speech samples for training AI speech systems. This is a fully remote, hourly contract with 10–40 hours per week; no voice acting background needed—just a clear speaking voice and a reasonably quiet space.

In this role you will read scripts, respond to prompts, and vary tone and delivery. You will complete metadata forms and participate in scripted and conversational recordings.

Qualifications

• Clear, natural speaking voice with no acting background required.
• Quiet recording environment with minimal background noise.
• Comfort reading aloud and being recorded.

Responsibilities

• Record clear, natural voice samples by reading provided scripts and responding to prompts.
• Vary tone, pacing, and delivery to capture a range of speech patterns.
