Jobgether SRL is seeking an AI Video Editor based in France for a full-time remote position. You will edit direct-response video ads for Meta, TikTok and other paid social platforms, while also creating static ads and AI-assisted content.

The role emphasizes rapid testing, hooks, CTAs, and performance-driven creative, using CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, and AI tools to scale production.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience editing direct-response video ads for DTC brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating success in paid social video advertising.
• Solid experience creating static ads for Meta and other platforms.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere, and/or After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop.
• Understanding of hooks, CTAs, and testing for performance.

Responsabilités

• Edit short-form direct-response video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms (UGC, testimonials, demos, founder-led content).
• Develop multiple creative variations by testing hooks, angles, CTAs, messaging, layouts, and offers.
• Write and adapt scripts and copy for video concepts focused on engagement and conversion.
• Use CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, and related tools to produce high-quality creative efficiently.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, and production workflows.
• Create high-converting static ad creatives using templates and creative systems.
• Produce multiple static variations for testing with different headlines and layouts.
• Collaborate with strategists and growth teams to execute concepts and respond to performance feedback.
• Source, organize, and manage assets (UGC, stock footage, hooks, B-roll).
• Maintain a high-volume workflow with consistency and timely delivery.
